Turn Around Time (TAT)

• Ready to Ship (RTS): 5-7 Business Days
• Custom Orders: 4-6 Weeks

**Please note that the TAT is the time it takes to create and process your order - TAT does not include shipping time.

Return/Exchange Policy

All items are custom made to your order unless specified. No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds offered unless there was a mistake on my part. All tumblers are shipped via the USPS. If there is an issue with your item when it arrives, please contact me within 24 hours.

Nature of Art Disclaimer

All tumblers are sealed with a glasslike finish. All tumblers are unique & I work hard to make certain you receive a high-quality product! Please remember these are all hand crafted and there may be small imperfections. My goal is to prevent this from happening, but if you notice a fleck of glitter, please note I use a lot of glitter and a piece may make it on another tumbler. Consider it a Glitter Wish & note it is so tiny, it will not distract from the overall appearance.

Care Instructions

Please handle with care! No dishwasher, microwave, or leaving in a hot car! If the cup is dropped, it could crack or break. I can attempt to fix it, but you are responsible for shipping & repair fees if it’s able to be fixed. Your tumbler will come with a lid, a straw, and care instructions.
